"Hey Greg, do you think you can pick up Abigail from day care today, I have a showing at five o'clock".

"Yeah, I think I can do that, how long will you be?", Greg says looking out the window at the skyline of his downtown office.

"Maybe you can just pick something up for dinner, I'll probably head back to the office and write up some offers after the showing", says Candace knowing it's going to be a long night.

"Okay, I'll see you later babe", Greg smirks and hangs up the phone.

It's 4:30 and Greg gets to the day care to pick up Abigail.

"I'm here to pick up Abby", Greg says as he signs into the big black notebook at the front desk.
"Good Afternoon Greg, I just saw Abby walk into her classroom, I'll go get her", the clerk can't help but smile. Greg is the epitome of tall dark and handsome. You can tell he has money when he flashes his pearly whites.

"I thought Mrs. Collins mentioned she was going to pick her up  today?", the clerk is concerned.
"yeah, she was supposed to, but she got caught up at work", Greg didn't want to cause room for any unwanted questions.
"oh okay, well it's always good to see you Mr. Collins", the clerk mentions as she walks away.

Greg looks around at the scenery he didn't even notice when he walked in the door. There was a small crew of men putting up Christmas decorations to prepare for the season ahead. There was a sign up that read, "Christmas Play December 23rd!, Brentwood Auditorium @ 7:30". All Greg could think about was that it was something else he probably had to pay for or donate to. Just as he started to look at his work emails, Abigail runs and hugs his legs.

"Hey daddy!" Abigail says with the biggest smile.

"Hey baby girl, you have fun today?", Greg returns the smile.

"Yes daddy, we learned the letter R today!", Abigail says scrunching up her face. She had the deepest dimples. Candace and Greg always wondered where she got it from. Greg has one on his left cheek that's not so visible, but other than that his face was smooth as silk.

"RRRRRRR ay?", he said scrunching up his face to match hers.

"Where's mommy?", Abigail looked inquisitive.

"She had to work late baby, don't worry she'll be home soon. Let's go," Greg hoped the worry didn't show on his face.

Greg grabs Abigail's hand and turns to open the door. As Abigail walks through, Greg can hear the clerk saying her goodbye's from the desk.

"See you later Mr. Collins! Bye Abigail, I love your pretty pink dress..."
